Parents!
South Bay Adult School 18-24 month parenting classes on Tuesday or Wednesday,  11:00 am at Pacific School, Manhattan Beach, have space available NOW!  These classes offer children and parents a wonderful learning experience through discovery and play in a nurturing, dynamic, healthy and supportive environment.  We take turns bringing lunch, and class is dismissed in time for afternoon naps.

Instructor: Lynn Harris, M.A. is an experienced, fun teacher and you will love the time you and your child spend in these classes!

KICKBOXING!


GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT!

Set to music, this cardio workout class teaches the basics of kickboxing to keep your heart rate up and the pounds down! Medium to low impact, great for total body conditioning. All fitness levels welcome. Wear loose fitting clothing, bring a mat or large towel.
